Internal space was maximized for the creation of serviced office space in the heart of Chippenham town centre. Structural design by Giraffe Engineering enabled the convresion of the full loft space and creation of a large dormer to maximize space, with external steel framing elements supporting the new roof and creating an architectural statement.
