Self Build House, Chippenham

This structural design for this self-build property achieved a vaulted ceiling with open plan internal space and fully glazed wall at each end creating complete openness from front to rear.

The sloping site was tamed by the installation of a large precast retaining wall which was installed right at the start of construction which simplified the build process and allowed a split level plan to be adopted.
